We use this information to respond to your enquiry, confirm whether we service your area, prepare and carry out inspections, provide quotes, schedule and complete roofing work, and follow up about your enquiry. Campaign and page information helps us understand which of our pages and advertising actually help customers reach us.
Enquiry forms on this site are operated through Jotform, a third-party form provider, which processes your submission on our behalf. Photo uploads and SMS communications may be delivered through third-party providers we use for messaging. We only share your information with these service providers to the extent needed to handle your enquiry, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Our roof replacement calculator works without collecting any personal information. The address search uses Google's autocomplete, which runs in your browser — the address you type is handled by Google in the same way as using Google Maps directly, and is not sent to or stored by our server. To measure a roof, only the map coordinates of the selected location are sent to our measurement service, which retrieves publicly available aerial roof data. Measurement results are cached briefly against map coordinates — not against any person — to keep the tool fast, and this cache contains no personal information. The estimate you see stays in your browser. No name, email or phone number is required to use the calculator. If you later choose to submit an enquiry, a summary of your estimate is attached to that enquiry so we can assist you faster — at that point the enquiry handling described above applies.
This site uses analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and whether enquiry forms are completed. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Your browser settings allow you to limit or block cookies if you prefer.
