What a proper restoration includes

High-pressure clean, replacement of cracked tiles, ridge capping rebedding where needed and flexible repointing throughout, valley and flashing checks, then primer/sealer and a minimum 3-coat membrane system in your chosen colour.

When restoration is the wrong product

Widespread tile delamination, broken battens, sagging structure, or metal rusted at the laps: coating over these hides problems rather than fixing them. Many older Sydney tile roofs also have no sarking at all, and a restoration is the sensible time to look at retrofitting sarking, quoted separately. In those cases we'll quote the honest alternative, whether that's targeted tile repairs or a Colorbond re-roof, with photos showing why.
