Make the roof safe and watertight first; photograph all damage from roof level and inside the cavity; provide an itemised, fixed written quote for permanent repairs, formatted for insurance submission; complete repairs once you or your insurer give the go-ahead.
Working with your insurer
You're generally entitled to choose your own licensed repairer. Our photo reports and itemised quotes are written for assessors, cause, scope, and line-item pricing, which shortens the back-and-forth. We're happy to liaise with your assessor directly.
Beware the post-storm door-knockers
After every big Sydney storm, unlicensed operators door-knock damaged streets asking for cash deposits. Verify any licence at verify.licence.nsw.gov.au before signing anything, and never pay a deposit for an 'inspection'. Ours are free, and our licence number is on every document.

Will you deal with my insurance company?

My roof was tarped by the SES: what now?
SES make-safe is temporary. Book a free inspection and we'll quote the permanent repair with photos, so the tarp comes off before it fails in the next blow.
